To all Order of the Arrow members in Beaver Valley,

Dear Fellow Arrowmen,

All Arrowmen who are currently registered (paid dues) will be receiving a letter in the mail from me along with a registration form for the 2008 Spring Service Weekend at Camp Baker on May 30 - June 1.  If you have not signed up yet, please do it as soon as possible.

We also hope that some of you brothers who are not on the current list will get this email and consider signing up to help.  You can download a registration form from the www.enda57.org website and send it to Flag Plaza.

Camp Baker may be owned by the council, but in Beaver Valley, it is really our local camp.  You and your troop have probably camped there many times.  It is now our turn to repay Camp Baker by fixing or building things for it.

If you cannot stay for the entire weekend, please plan on going at least for the day on Saturday and contact me at 724-775-3302 so the chapter can count you in on our preparations.

Thank you for your cheerful service.

BVD OA Vice Chief of Communications,
Scott Halavanja
